You have made the biggest decision of your life. Whether you chose to leave or were pushed out, this is a big deal and at times it is going to be very hard. Always remember that there are hundreds of us out here who left before you, are proud of you and will do anything to help you succeed.
You are incredibly brave and strong. You have a work ethic like no one else out here and you are honest and trustworthy. If you maintain those values you will do very well. No one has praised you before – that is going to take some getting used to. But know that you are good and you will succeed.
